I offer free shipping in the Continental US. Orders will generally arrive within 5-30 days worldwide.
Returns
Due to recent issue with placing custom orders then cancelling, I do not give refunds. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchange or Store Credit
*There are no exchanges on custom design orders, or custom sized orders.

I stand behind my goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. I'll always do my best to take care of my customers. I would like to save you the problem of shipping a defective item back to me. When you contact me, please send me a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. This will help to serve you faster!

Notice to International Customers:
The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; I have no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimate.
