Shipping and Returns

I offer free shipping in the Continental US. Orders will generally arrive within 5-30 days worldwide.

Returns

Due to recent issue with placing custom orders then cancelling, I do not give refunds. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange or Store Credit

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original, unused condition in which it was sent/received. Because I create each unique piece, I do not issue refunds. However, you can exchange it for something more suitable to your taste or get store credit for the purchase price minus the shipping fees.

How to Return

Please email me via contact page and notify me of any problem with your order or of any intention to return an item. I will usually ask you to return the item to me using a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance. I live in Georgia and will provide the address when you contact me.

E-mail is the easiest way to get in touch with me and I will respond to you usually within the course of the day.

I stand behind my goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. I'll always do my best to take care of my customers. I would like to save you the problem of shipping a defective item back to me. When you contact me, please send me a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. This will help to serve you faster!

Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Creations By Toni and would like to return it, you can do so within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please e-mail me your intention to return and once I receive the item, I will issue you a store credit for the full amount minus shipping charges, so you can choose something more suited to your tastes.

*Please keep in mind that shipping times during the holidays will usually be a little longer.

Notice to International Customers:

The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; I have no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimate.
